Prenatal, Pregnant, or Postpartum (Perinatal) Period:

I specialize in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Embarking on the transition into parenthood can come with a great deal of awe as well as stress, and I hope to help you both embrace the dialectical nature of parenthood and identify effective strategies to cope with the many transitions you may be facing in your new identity and relationships.

Parent Support and Coaching:

Parenting is your life’s greatest and hardest work all at once. I love working with the family system to individualize positive and gentle parenting approaches to help you ensure your style of parenting is true to you while also effective at helping everyone in your family feel like the best versions of themselves. Children are incredibly reactive to their environments. Strengthening their environment can help to improve their well being, along with improving overall family functioning. If you have a child who is a “supersensor”, or feels their feelings strongly, I can help you to identify unique skills to improve communication and foster healthy emotional development. I also provide coaching sessions or trainings to provide psychoeducation around development, interventions, and supportive approaches.
